Clients are solely responsible for providing print-ready vector or high-resolution raster files (PDF, CDR, AI, PNG, TIFF) with proper resolution (minimum 300 DPI) and CMYK color profiles.
All prices listed on our platform are in Indian Rupees (INR) and subject to applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST 18%). Payments are processed securely via Razorpay Payment Gateway.
The customer warrants that they own all copyrights, trademarks, and permissions for files uploaded to Akshar Digital. Akshar Digital is not liable for unauthorized use of copyrighted logos or artwork submitted by customers. We reserve the right to reject orders containing obscene, offensive, or copyrighted materials without proper authorization.
Akshar Digital’s maximum liability for any defective job or delay is limited exclusively to the invoice value of the printed job or re-printing the order at our discretion. We are not liable for indirect losses, courier delays, or business interruptions. All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Rajkot, Gujarat, India.
